ADHD Assessment
Comprehensive ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
At The Wellness Collective, our ADHD assessment process is comprehensive, collaborative, and designed to provide a clear understanding of how attention, behavior, and executive functioning may be affecting daily life.
An ADHD assessment may include:
Clinical interviews
Evidence-based questionnaires (completed by you and, when appropriate, parents, teachers, or partners)
Developmental and behavioral history
Information from parents, teachers, caregivers, or other relevant sources when appropriate
Evaluation of daily functioning and areas of impairment
Consideration of other mental health, medical, developmental, or environmental factors that may contribute to attention or behavioral concerns
Our goal is not simply to identify symptoms, but to understand the whole picture and determine whether ADHD may best explain the challenges a person is experiencing.
ADHD Assessment are offered in Sioux Falls and throughout South Dakota & Minnesota.
The Wellness Collective provides ADHD assessments for children ages 4 and older, adolescents, and adults.
Assessments are available:
In person at The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls
Via telehealth for individuals who are physically located in South Dakota or Minnesota at the time of their appointment
