Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy Group


Wednesdays at 4pm | 9/2/26-10/21/26



This therapeutic yoga group is for adults 18+ who have experienced trauma. The group incorporates trauma theory, attachment, mindfulness, and movement in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Seasonal Sanctuary Series

A quarterly gathering inspired by the changing seasons, weaving together intentional movement, meditation, journaling, tea, and seasonal reflection.

AUTUMN -THE ART OF RELEASE
SEPTEMBER 19, 2026 - 11am

Individual Sessions: $30 for General Admission, $15 for members
Full 4-session Series: $100 for General Admission, $50 for members

Teen Art Therapy Hour


Every Thursday at 4:30pm (except holidays)

Register your teen to join this weekly therapeutic art group for individuals ages 13–17, offering a supportive space to explore stress, relationships, identity, and emotions through art. Rooted in trauma-informed therapy, attachment, mindfulness, and participant choice.

Beginning Sept. 17, 2026
$60/session | Insurance may be accepted

Adult Art Therapy Group


Mondays at 12pm | 10/5/26-11/23/26

A closed therapeutic group for adults 18+ who have experienced trauma, led by Registered Art Therapist Ashley. Participants will use art therapy and journaling to explore and reflect, practice evidence-based coping skills, and connect with others in a supportive environment. Materials provided.
