Mariah Johnson, M.Ac.
I’m a dedicated acupuncturist committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that supports long-term health and well-being.
I earned my master’s degree in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, graduating magna cum laude. I hold certifications in Clean Needle Technique and CPR, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
My clinical interests include women’s health, chronic pain, anxiety, digestive issues, and musculoskeletal conditions. I approach each patient with a holistic perspective and develop individualized treatment plans that target the root causes of imbalance and promote sustainable wellness.
Before pursuing a career in acupuncture, I worked as a social worker, a role that deepened my passion for serving others and strengthened my ability to connect with individuals from all backgrounds. I’m now bringing that same compassion and commitment to integrative healthcare, supporting the well-being of my community through Traditional East Asian Medicine.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy exploring the Sioux Falls area, running, and traveling. These pursuits help me stay inspired, grounded, and connected to the world around me.
