I know stepping into a new experience can be terrifying. I am here to provide a protected space where we can begin to explore your experiences and find a treatment approach tailored to your specific needs.

I believe the physiological effects of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and grief are real, and the path to healing may look different for everybody. In addition to more traditional approaches to counseling, treatment might include yoga and other mindfulness practices that will improve your ability to process difficult experiences, and increase your capacity to cope with a wider range of sensations and experiences in everyday life.

I strive to provide a collaborative space that is judgment free, and filled with grace and acceptance. I am here for you, and promise to accept you just as you are.

I look forward to meeting you!
