Christen Duke, ANP-BC, CNP
Christen is an adult nurse practitioner who is dedicated to providing patient-centered, individualized care based on trust and respect. She believes in a team approach to give patients a positive health care experience. Her journey to functional medicine began as a patient and her positive results led her to pursue a career in functional medicine. She specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement, thyroid and adrenal optimization, gut health, and micronutrient guidance.
Christen has over 5 years experience in functional medicine and 25 years as a nurse practitioner with a background in primary care/internal medicine and cardiology. Christen is certified by The Menopause Society and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Christen enjoys walks with her husband and dog, reading, traveling, and planning the next house project. She is the proud mother of a daughter who is a registered nurse.
She sees individuals 16+ years in age and is accepting new patients.
