  • TWC Yin: works deeply into our bodies with passive, longer postures supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This relaxing practice helps to calm the nervous system, while targeting the deepest tissues of the body. This class is non heated.

  • TWC 60 - Signature class: a set sequence that stays the same each time you come to your mat, with options to modify or amplify for every level! In 60 minutes, we combine traditional static postures with a dynamic flow. Together we create energy and find stillness in this perfectly balanced practice. Room temperature ranges from 75-85 degrees.
