• Ashtanga: synchronizes breath with a set series of postures, creating intense internal heat and detoxifying sweat. It focuses on breath, posture, and gaze to build strength, flexibility, and a calm mind through disciplined daily practice

  • Express Flow: same as flow, just 45 minutes instead of one hour.

  • Flow: a gentle rhythm, moving from one posture to the next, with low lights and soft music.

  • Pilates with Props: a low-impact workout that uses small equipment like bands, balls, and rings to build core strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.

  • Power: a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one post to the next while connecting their breath to movement.

  • Restorative: helps the body and mind unwind by diving into restorative postures that allow us to rest into stillness, supporting our parasympathetic nervous system. With the support of props, such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, TWC Restore helps you find a deeper sense of relaxation. This class is non heated.

  • Vinyasa: a dynamic flow class synchronizing movement and breath

  • Yin: a slow, quiet style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and long-held poses. Instead of moving through many postures, you settle into a pose and remain there—usually 3–5 minutes or longer—allowing the body to gradually release tension.
