Restorative: helps the body and mind unwind by diving into restorative postures that allow us to rest into stillness, supporting our parasympathetic nervous system. With the support of props, such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, TWC Restore helps you find a deeper sense of relaxation. This class is non heated.
Flow: a gentle rhythm, moving from one posture to the next, with low lights and soft music.
Flow with Weights: a gentle flow with weights, working to build strength, set to mid-paced music.
Know and Flow: Learn about yoga (technique, alignment, breath work, history, and breakdown of a pose) and use that knowledge during the vinyasa flow portion of the class.
