At The Wellness Collective we are passionate about holistic wellness. We take the time to get to know you, your hopes and goals for healing, and we’ve brought multiple disciplines together to support you in your experience.

Mental health care is available to improve management of symptoms, and creates a space to process your story and find meaning and acceptance in your experience. Yoga and massage are both helpful for alleviating physical pain, and a yoga practice helps build a tolerance for thoughts and feelings - learning how to be with them in a new way. Functional Medicine walks with you to create lifestyle changes, including movement and nutrition, to treat health conditions and promote wellness.

Each provider can meet you right where you’re at and provide you with excellent care. If you choose to work with multiple providers we may ask you to complete assessments, and oftentimes lab work, then your healthcare team will collaborate your treatment to provide a deeper level of healing to promote overall well-being.

This questionnaire will take 10-15 minutes to complete. Once that is submitted our clinical team will review your results, at our weekly meeting, and contact you with recommendations for scheduling. This could take up to 5-7 business days.
